baby, it's cold outside

Los Angeles hasn't yet made up it's mind if it's officially Fall.  I mean, last weekend I spent my Sunday poolside, enjoying a cup of frozen yogurt.  Unfortunately, retailers don't seem to care-- the stores are kept arctic cold, convincing you that you need all of the beautiful winter coats on the mannequins.  (Even though you know temperatures outside hover around 65 degrees.)
